Jordan is a dual qualified solicitor, admitted in South Africa and Australia. He brings with him a broad range of commercial experience, including in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and strategic advisory. He has a background in working as a head of group legal which provides him with on-the-ground experience in advising clients on their day-to-day operational requirements including commercial contracting, stakeholder management and risk and compliance. Jordan has also advised ASX listed and private companies in a range of matters including international supply agreements, share and business acquisitions, due diligence investigations, foreign investment regulatory approval, lending and funding arrangements, and shareholder and corporate governance matters.
