Alfonso is a co-founder of GrilloHiggins and has had extensive experience in various aspects of commercial law. Alfonso acts for a number of ASX listed companies, private equity investee companies and family offices, focussing on mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions across a range of industries.
